Willilam L. Meyer, age 73
a resident of Fox Lake for the past 35 years died on Monday, June 15, 2009 at Northern Ill. Medical Ctr. In McHenry.
He was born in Chicago, IL on July 20, 1935 to Herbert and Mary (nee Addiocho).

Bill was a semi-Pro Hall of Fame football player, an avid Bears and Cubs fan and he enjoyed playing golf.

He will be dearly missed by his wife: Alberta nee Scaglione;
His children: Mimi (Wayne) Deckert, Marie (Roy) Gundelach, Louie French, David French, Julie (Chris) Hedrick, Phil Meyer, and Bill and Holly Meyer;
By 19 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren;

By his sister: Ruth (Mike) Barlow;

By many dear sister and brother in laws and other dear family members and friends;
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Herb and Phil and by his parents.

Visitations will be Thurs, June 18, 2009 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd, Fox Lake (in the Chapel on the Lake"
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 A.M. Friday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
