William Delbert Flury, a resident of McHenry, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2012. He was born in Saskatchewan, Canada where he was then adopted by Delbert Leland and Erma Lucille (nee Pick) Flury.
He passionately devoted his life to the United States Navy and as a chief warrant officer CWO-4. After retirement he assumed the position as head of security at Kaiser Permenante.
William is survived by his two daughters, Suzanne (Richard) Rosendahl and Melissa Parisi.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services and interment will be private.
