Walter Stanula

Walter Stanula, a long time resident of Fox Lake, passed away peacefully at home on July 16, 2011. He was born on August 24, 1947 in Chicago to Walter and Jean (nee Mysliwiec) Stanula
He was a member of the American Legion in Lake Zurich as well as the Local #2 Elevator Union. He was an avid boater and enjoyed fishing and hunting and loved dogs.
Walter will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 42 years, Gail (nee Glozier); his dear children Walter L. (Dena) Stanula, Sr., Michele (Peter) Cotsirilos, Jaclyn (Mark) Lindberg, Pamela (Billy) Magna and Jeanine Stanula; his devoted dog Mugatu; his grandchildren Walter L. Stanula, Jr., Jordan Stanula, Madison Stanula, Peter John Cotsirilos, Paris Stanula, Nicholas George Cotsirilos and Owen Walter Lindberg. His brothers, a sister and many loving cousins and friends survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
