Walter "Wally" Malczewski, a resident of Fox Lake, formerly of Chicago, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2011. He was born on September 19, 1922 in Poland.
Walter will be deeply missed by loving son, Matthew (Melanie) Malczewski and by his dear granddaughter Matylda.
Walter was preceded in death by his parents and one brother and his sister Jadwiga Lipnicki.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2011 from 2 PM until the 5:30 PM service at K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home (Chapel on the Lake) 12 N. Pistakee Lake Road (1 block West of Route 12 and 1/2 block North of Grand Ave) Fox Lake. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to Hospice Foundation of Northeastern Illinois, 405 Lake Zurich Road, Barrington, IL 60010.
