Thomas M. Code, Sr., 77, of Fox Lake, formerly of Chicago, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024.
Loving father of Thomas M. (Lisa) Code, Jr.; and proud Papa of Nicholas (fiancée Jessica Rotstein) and Colin Code.
Proceeding him in death were his beloved wife, Sonja; his beloved son, John; and parents, Joseph and Helen (nee Shanahan).
Tom was a retired Chicago Police Officer (District 21) with 30-years of service to the City.
Private family services will be held.
