Sylvia Haynal, a long time resident of Chicago, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2012. She was born on July 14, 1925 in Yugoslavia to Martin and Agica (nee Oreskovic) Hasenbach.
She cared for her family and enjoyed cooking, sewing and made a lot of her own clothes.
Sylvia will be deeply missed by her dear sons, George J. (Marybeth) Haynal of Lake Villa and Milan Trkulja of Chicago; her grandchild George (Alexandra) Haynal; her great- grandchild Makayla Haynal all of Round Lake Heights; her brother Frank (Maria) Hasenbach of Chicago and her nephew and niece, John and Rosemarie Hasenbach of Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Haynal and her second husband, Patar Trkulja; and her parents.
Visitation will be held Thursday, July 26, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and resume on Friday from 8:30 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral service at the
K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake. Interment will be at Grant Cemetery, Ingleside.
