Shirley A. Kucia, 79, of Fox Lake, formerly of Antioch and Genoa City, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016, at Presence St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin.

She was born September 18, 1936, in Chicago to the late William Enochs and Mildred Walker.

Shirley worked for Intermatic for many years.  She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Shirley was the beloved mom of six sons, Richard (Margo), Kenneth, Dennis, Tony, John (Denise), and Christopher (Leslie) Kucia; the beloved grandma of 12 grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and the beloved sister of several brothers.

The visitation will be Sunday, February 7, from 2-6 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, February 8, at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Antioch.
