Sally Canko Sullivan, 72, of Lake Villa, passed away Friday, September 30, 2016, at her home.

Survivors include her husband, Barry Sullivan; and brother, Steve (Sally) Jeltema.

The visitation will Tuesday, October 4, from 4 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 7 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.

Burial will be Wednesday, October 5, at 10 a.m., at Grant Cemetery, one-quarter mile east of Route 12 on Molidor Road, Ingleside.
