Ruth Ann Walter, 58, died January 15, 2018.  Ruthie was paralyzed in 1991 in a car accident.  She battled health issues for almost 27 years, but never lost her zest for life.  She had a giving spirit and tried to help others when she could.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard "Rusty" and Georgia; and sisters, Carol and Barbara "Bobbie".  She is survived by siblings, Donna, Bernard "Buster" (Betsy), and Dennis; and by many nieces and nephews.  Ruthie, God has called you home, so run up and hug mom, dad, Carol, and Bobbie.  We'll see you all one day.  Services will be private.
