Ronald Minne,Sr., 69, long time resident of Lake Villa passed away on August 27, 2010. He was born on December 31, 1940 to Ace Minne, Sr. and Anna Marie Minne(nee Cortez).

Ronald was an avid golfer, poker player and Detroit Lions fan.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 45 years, Kay Minne (nee St. John). He was also the proud father of his son Ron (Chris) Minne, Jr, the successful owner of Ron's Italian Ovens.

He is survived by his dear siblings, Yvonne Perschke, Ace (Mimi) Minne, Jr., Leo Minne, David (Cathy) St. John, Duane (Bonnie) St. John, and Mother-in-Law Helen Minne as well as many nieces, nephews and other dear friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Mickey St. John and his nephew, Ryan Minne.
