Robert "Bob" Drews, 73, of Spring Grove, passed away Friday, July 28, 2023.  Husband of Vicki (nee Wiggins); dad of Michael (Patty), Neil, and the late Alec; grandpa of Alec, Elijah, and Hannah; brother of William "Billy" (Linda) Drews and the late Diane (Gordy) Kiesgen; son of the late William and June (nee Barrett) Drews.  Bob served in the Army and was a Vietnam veteran.  He was also a longtime member of IBEW Local 150, Fox Lake Volunteer Fire Department, and American Legion Post 703 where he served as past Commander.  Memorial visitation Wednesday, August 9, from 3 p.m. until American Legion honors at 5:45 p.m., Hamsher Lakeside Funerals & Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.  Celebration of Life with Army Honors to follow at American Legion Post 703 Hall, 703 US Hwy 12, Fox Lake.  Memorials to Wounded Warrior Project , appreciated.
