Paul Lupo age 63
of Fox Lake for 53 yrs, formerly of Chicago, passed away at home surrounded by family Monday September 20, 2010. He was born in Chicago on Oct. 21, 1946 to Paul and Rose (nee Lapka) Lupo.
Paul was a Grant High School alumni and served in the US Marine Reserves. He was a very social person, cared for by many, loved by all. Along with his brother Peter, He continued the family business as owner of Lupo's Tavern in Fox Lake.
He will be greatly missed by his wife of 32 yrs Zofia (nee Piwowarski) Lupo; his sister-in law Annette Lupo; His nephew Jake Lupo, his niece Monica Lupo; grandniece Mira; his grandnephew Anthony & many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents & brother Peter Lupo.
Visitation will be on Thursday Sept. 23, 2010 from 2-9 pm at the K. K. Hamsher funeral home 12 N Pistakee Lake Rd Fox Lake, IL 60020 Service will be Friday Sept. 24, 2010at 10 am with Pastor Chuck Vitel officiating .
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be greatly appreciated.
