Patricia "Pat" Eichhorst age 81
a resident of Spring Grove, IL for the past 30 years and former resident of Ingleside died Thursday, March 5, 2009 at her home.

She was born in Chicago, IL on Dec. 6, 1927 to Leo and Irene (nee O'Donnell) Grischeau.

Patricia formerly waitressed for the George Diamond's Restaurant in Antioch (which is now Antioch Golf Club and she and her sister formerly owned and operated the Ranch Restaurant and Bar in Ingleside.

She enjoyed gardening, planting her vegetable garden, fishing, camping and "RVing" in her retirement years.

She will be dearly missed by:
Her son: Joseph "Joe" (Susan) Brell of Lindenhurst;

Her step-children: Gary (Debbie) Eichhorst of Richmond;
Brian (Bonnie) Eichhorst of Mt. Prospect and Susan (Tom) O'Neil of Mt. Prospect;

By her grandchildren: Sean, Jennifer and Amy Brell; and Randy and Dawn (Travis) Holian.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald; by brothers: Leo & Don Grischeau and a sister: Jean Hink.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 11:00 A.M.
Dear relatives and friends are asked to arrive from 10:00 A.M. through services.

In lieu of flowers memorials, for those who wish, memorials for the Monarch Hospice & Palliative Ctr., 3115 N. Wilke, Suite H, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 will be appreciated.
