Opal A. Blackman

Opal A. Blackman, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2013. She was born on March 7, 1923 in Hillsboro, Oregon to George and Emma (nee Hornecker) Taylor.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and boating.
Opal is survived by her dear children, Cecil (Evelyn) Blackman, Theresa (Dennis) Gimpert and Timothy (Andrea) Blackman Sr.; her grandchildren, Timothy George Blackman Jr., Samantha (Bradley) Sendele, Matthew (Jennifer), Benjamin (Kate), Adam (Bridgette) and Alexis Gimpert; and by 5 great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George E. Blackman, her 4 sisters, 1 brother and by her parents.
Services and interment will be private.
