Nicholas Allen Spadaro, 43, of Twin Lakes, WI, died unexpectedly Monday, November 12, 2018 at his home.

Nick was born on May 1, 1975, with his twin sister, Jamie, at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas, the son of Richard James Spadaro and Linda Jean (Hlava) Spadaro.

He was a loving father, husband, son, brother, grandson, uncle, and beloved friend.

Nick grew up in McHenry, then moved to Ingleside, with a deep love for playing sports.  He was an avid golfer, baseball, football, and Harley Davidson enthusiast. During his high school years, for the Grant Bulldogs, surrounded by some of his best buddies, he was a linebacker for the football team and played various infield positions for the baseball team.

He was a Truck Driver by trade, hauling locally and over the road—everything from gravel and snow to cases of beer to local distributors.

He was a proud Houston Texans fan always sporting his gear around the Chicago Bears fans.  On the golf course, he could swing the club and hit that ball like it was nothing to get it on the green.

On the weekends in the summer, he was often riding his Harley, supporting numerous charity rides and spending time with his family and friends.

Nick was a kind person with a huge heart, always the life of the party and good for some great laughs.  He will forever be missed and remembered by all who had the opportunity to cross paths with him. Nick is survived by his wife, Christine Mahoney (Spadaro); former wife, Julia Rayniak Spadaro; three sons, Joeseph, Benjamin, and Tyler Spadaro; step-children, Mallory and Tyler Mahoney; parents, Richard and Linda Spadaro; twin-sister, Jamie Spadaro (Shawn Drelich) and their daughters, Nella and Neva Drelich.

Nick was preceded in death by his parental grandparents, Jack and LaVerne Spadaro; maternal grandmother, Jeanne Wehrstein; and aunt, Joann Spadaro.

Memorial visitation will be Monday, November 19, from 3 p.m. until the celebration of Nick's life at 7 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.
