Mildred L. Sandberg
Mildred L. Sandberg (nee Rahn), resident of Round Lake Beach, formerly of Elk Grove Village, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2014.
She was born on July 29, 1922 in Chicago, IL. to Edward and Lottie (nee Jaserowski) Rahn.
Mildred will be deeply missed by her loving children, Glenn Sandberg, of Albany, NY, Gary Sandberg of Elgin, IL, Gene (Robin) Sandberg of Elk Grove Village, and Karen (Robert) Durlak of Lake Villa, IL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; Jeffrey (Kristin), Brian, and Kristi Durlak, Richard, Jimmy, Leeanna, and Erik Sandberg; 2 Great grandchildren; Sydney, and Owen Durlak.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday December 6, 2014 from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd, Fox Lake (The Chapel On The Lake) (1 block west of Rte. 12, ½ block north of Grand).
