Mildred D. Jones "Millie," age 94 died, peacefully on January 23, 2018.  She was born in North Chicago, Illinois on June 26, 1923.  She lived and raised her family in Waukegan until she moved to New Port Richey, Florida where she resided for over 30 years until she moved back to the Waukegan area three years ago.  Her parents were Helen Milakovich and Peter Davidovich.  She had four sisters: Helen Noblin, Mary Kostroski,  Ann Burris, and Katherine Prichard; and four brothers:  Michael A., Samuel, Peter and Michael J. Milakovich.  She was married to her longtime sweetheart Elmer Lloyd Jones who died in an automobile accident in 1947.  Millie is survived by her daughter, Karen Davis; her granddaughter, Deann Davis-Wright; her great-grandchildren, Nicholas Callahan and Shayna Callahan; and her great-great-grandchildren, Kaidence and Miyah Callahan.  Millie requested a private burial and funeral and will be laid to rest in Florida.
