Melissa Nicole Merrill, 28, of Fox Lake, unexpectedly passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018.  She was born January 9, 1990, in Libertyville.

Survivors include her parents, Michele and Rick Cochara of Fox Lake; sisters, Morgan and Allie of Fox Lake; grandparents, Daniel and Gloria Levand of Kingman, AZ; aunts, Laura Crager of Las Vegas, NV and Tracey Theisen of Phoenix, AZ; uncle, John Crager of Lake Geneva, WI; and many loving family members and friends.

Melissa was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill and Sharon Theisen; and uncle, John Cochara.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, March 3, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.
