visitation from 1:30 p.m. until the time of memorial services at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday June 28 at the K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home 12 N. Pistakee Lk. Rd. Fox Lake, Il. (The Chapel On The Lake) . Interment was held
privately. Born Oct. 12, 1930,in Oak Park , to Brendan C. and Rose J. (nee Mangini) Powell. She died Thursday June 25, 2009 at the Victory Lakes Continuing Care Center . Mary was employed as a bookkeeper for the Szabo Construction Company in Des Plaines. She was a former member of the V.F.W. Post 2149 Ladies Auxiliary in Bensenville, and enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by her Husband John E. Bosch; daughter, Colleen ; stepchildren Margaret "Peggy" Macias and Joseph (Gail) Bosch; grand-children , Bridget (Kip Kaminscky) Beck, Megan (Luis)Sanchez, Kelly Macias and Marc (Francesca) Macias; great grandchildren ,Daniel, Zachary, Dylan, Brenden and Noah; her sister Kathleen Cronin. She was preceded in death by a stepson John M. Bosch and by her parents. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, 640 N LaSalle St, Suite 280,Chicago,Il. 60610 will be appreciated by the family.
