Marion G. Biere (nee Wegener) age 78
A longtime resident of Ingleside, Il. died Monday Jan.25, 2010 at the Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Il. She was born on Dec. 30, 1931 in Wauconda, Il. to Al and Agnes (nee Wagner) Wegener, and was united in marriage to James H. Biere on April 11, 1953 at St. Peter's Cath. Church in Volo.
She was the Nursing Coordinator for the Lake Co. Health Dept.'s Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program in Waukegan for over 30 years, and after retiring worked with Catholic Charities, and the foster care system. A faithful member of St. Bede Cath. Church in Ingleside, she formed and lead the church's youth guitar group, and was a member and a case reviewer for it's St. Vincent DePaul Society. She was also a former member of the Gurnee historical society and the Arbor Vista Garden Club. She devoted her life to her family, faith and helping others.
She will be greatly missed by:

She was preceded in death by her parents.
While there is no public visitation, everyone is invited to attend the 11:00 a.m. Thursday Jan. 28th Funeral Mass at St. Bede Cath. Church 36455 N. Wilson Rd. Ingleside, Il. 60041
Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cath. Cem. Volo, Il
