Margarito Garduño Martinez, 69, of Fox Lake, passed away September 25, 2021, at Northwestern Medicine McHenry Hospital.  He was born June 10, 1952, in Mexico.

Mr. Garduño Martinez was a caring man who excelled at learning and teaching others.  A man with a great intellect, he taught himself about computers and electricity.  He was also an accomplished musician who taught himself piano, base guitar, and drums.

He is survived by his children, who will miss his generosity and big heart, Francisco, Carlos, Karla, Alberto, and Rene Garduño Maldonado; and 12 grandchildren.

In March of 2016, Mr. Garduño Martinez was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Maldonado Sanchez.
