The visitation for Margaret Ellen Dehne, 87, of Wauconda, Illinois, will be Tuesday, May 28, from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 12:30 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake, Illinois.  The Reverend LIsle Kauffman will officiate.  A procession to Memory Gardens, Arlington Heights, will follow where you are welcome to join the family in saying final goodbyes.

Margaret was born September 24, 1931 in Waukegan Township, Illinois, she was raised in Half-Day, Illinois.  She passed away at home on May 22, 2019, at 9:30 p.m., surrounded by loved ones. She is now with her husband Melvin in heaven.

A beloved mother, grandma, great-grandma, and great-great grandma, she dearly enjoyed her family and extended family and looked forward to making every holiday a special occasion not only for them--but also herself.  She was known to be an amazing cook who made the most spectacular cakes; she also crafted all of  her life.
