Keith Kolff, 64, of Spring Grove, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at home.  He was born January 16, 1957, in Freeburn, KY, to the late Henry and Alene (nee Chapman) Kolff.

An avid fisherman, Keith especially enjoyed spending time with and taking his grandchildren fishing.

Survivors include his longtime significant other, Cindy Appleby; sons, Keith and Steven Kolff; stepchildren, Robert (Ashley) and Kathy Appleby and their children Zach, Hailey, and Isabella; brothers, Geno (Marie), Kenneth (the late Dee Dee), and Johnny (Sandra) Kolff; and nieces and nephews, Nicole, Brad, John, Deanna, Chris, Samantha, Telisa, and Eric.

A celebration of Keith's life will be announced for a future date.
