A longtime resident of Fox Lake, died Sunday June 6, 2010.
She was born on Feb. 5, 1944 in Waukegan, IL to Walter and Lillian (nee Harter) Staugaard.
She was a member of The Chapel Church, and had been employed in the deli at the Wauconda Jewel. She enjoyed Quilting, Venus exercise club, reading, crossword puzzles, and was an avid White Sox fan.
She will be greatly missed by her dear husband William Cross whom she joined in marriage on July 9th 1966.
Her daughter Tracy Cross of Fox Lake, Her brother Bruce Staugaard of Hawaii, Her Niece Valarie Tagavilla of Washington, her nephews Casey & Tyler Cross of Wisconsin, her brother-in-law Dr. James (Barbara) Cross. Proceeded by her parents and her brother Glen Staugaard.
