Joann Susan Fendius (nee Borucki), 82, of McHenry, formerly of Mount Prospect, passed away Monday, January 8, 2018, at home.

She was born August 1, 1935, in Chicago, to the late Leo and Anna (nee Czepiel) Borucki.

Survivors include her husband, Robert; daughters, Julie (Tim) Welsh and Susan Dimaso; grandchildren, Katie (Brennan) Lucado, Nicole Welsh, and Alexis and Francesco Dimaso; and brother, Raymond (Delores) Borucki.

The visitation will be Friday, January 12, from 3-7 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.  The funeral service, and burial in Grant Cemetery, Ingleside, will be private.
