Jerry "Butch" Rivette
Jerry "Butch" Rivette, a resident of Spring Grove for 32 years, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2011. He was born on January 18, 1944 to Jerome Russell and Solia A. (nee Sell) Rivette in Prouts Neck, Maine and then raised in Chicago.
He enjoyed reading and birdwatching. He worked for Ace Hardware, St. Jerome's Church in Chicago and also Inland Real Estate.
Jerry will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Linda (nee Kusch) Rivette; his dear children Jay (Melissa) Rivette, Jason (Tammy) Rivette and Jason (Tina) Roberts; his loving dog Zoe; his grandchildren Char, Adam, Brandon, Becca, Jacob, Jacob, Rachel, Zak and Madison; by his sister Carole (William) Howard and by his adopted daughter-in-law Ann Point.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
