Jean Buney, age 93,  was a loving mother of Doris (Gregg) Hassler, Dora (Mark) Glawe, and Ross Colyer; cherished grandmother of William, Cheryl (Joseph) Lynch, Dave (Samantha), Elizabeth, Brian, Kyle (Kate), Cory, and the late Richard.  She was an adored great-grandmother of Connor, Audrina, Evi, Piper, Quinn and Damen.  Jean was a dear sister of Evelyn (late Ed) Gorski, the late George (late June) Swinney, the late Ina (late Joe) Kujawa, and the late Margaret (late Paul) Petri.  She was a fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.  Jean loved going to amusement parks and riding the roller coasters.  Everyone loved to listen to her telling stories.

Visitation Tuesday September 5, from 4-8 p.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals & Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.  Funeral service 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 6, at Elm Lawn Memorial Park, 401 E. Lake St., Elmhurst, IL.  All are invited to meet directly at the cemetery chapel.
