Passed away peacefully at home on May 12, 2010

Born October 27, 1971 to Jim and Deana (nee Payne)Cotner in Omaha Nebraska.

Jay had recently moved to Chicago to pursue his acting career in theatre. He enjoyed performing and could take on any role he sought after.

He is survived by his parents, dear sister; Lynn (Bill) Kosick, and a brother; Wesley Cotner.

Services to be held at a later date by his family.
