James C. McLeod, Jr., 85, of Fox Lake, formerly of Spring Grove, at rest July 23, 2024.  Husband of Tina (nee Hansen/Peterson); stepfather of Martin Peterson, Sarah Peterson, and Rachel (Eric) Rolenaitis; grandfather of two.  Preceded in death by parents, James and Emily Louise (nee Johnson); and sisters, Mary Louise Aaggard and Penny Heatley.  James retired as a field inspector after 40 years in the fire protection industry. Services will be private. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association, appreciated.
