A longtime resident of Ingleside passed away June 28, 2010 at Centegra McHenry Hospital.
Jack was born August 23, 1935 in Hazard, KY.
Jack was a member of American Legion Post 703 and served in the Korean War.
He loved to volunteer his time. Also he enjoyed people and had many friends.

He will be deeply missed by his sisters Linda (Jack) nee DePasquale Goldney & Mary DePasquale, nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends to many.

He was preceded in death by his Mother Marie Leigh & brother Frank DePasquale.

Memorial Service will be Friday July 2, 2010 at 7 pm at the American Legion Hall 703, N US HWY 12 Fox Lake, IL 60020.
