Inez Kubis

Inez Kubis,77, a long time resident of McHenry for 50 years, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 7, 1937 in Waukegan to Leo and Mary (nee Mageskie) Lenzen.

Inez had a generous spirit and was well loved by her friends and family. Inez was also employed with the Northwest Herald, where she has maintained a delivery route for the past 20 years.

Inez will be deeply missed by her loving children, Richard (Linda) Lewey of FL; John (Roxanne) Lewey of Richmond and Gene (Stacey) Kubis of McHenry; daughter-in-law Lori Lewey; 16 grandchildren; 27 great- grandchildren and by many close loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Howard Kubis, her son, Daniel Lewey, Sr., her brother Leo Lenzen and by her parents.

Memorial visitation will be Tuesday, December 16, from 4 until 8 PM with a service of remembrance at 6 PM at CrossPoint Church, 27430 W. Nippersink Rd., Ingleside, IL. Interment will be private.
