Helen "Peanuts" Adams, 77, of Richmond, formerly of Ingleside, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at Wauconda Healthcare.

She was born August 28, 1938, in Elmwood Park, to the late Oddy and Pauline (nee Dobesch) Alsbury.  Helen married the late Gust "Gus" Adams October 6, 1956, in Long Lake.

Survivors include her children, Pamela (John) Sosnowski Sr. of Richmond and Curtis Adams of Illinois; grandchildren, William (Denise) Adams, Jackie (Ryan) Harding, John (Alexis Rachwalski) Sosnowski Jr., and Gregory (Nichole) Sosnowski; great-grandchildren, Baylen Adams, Mason, Reagan, Emersyn, and Kennedy Harding; sisters, Lou Bryne of Taylorsville, UT and Dorothy (Cas) Kowalski of Huntley; and many nieces and nephews.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Gus, in 2006; her parents; and brother-in-law, Charles Bryne.

The visitation will be Saturday, January 23, from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m., at Hamsher Lakeside Funerals and Cremations, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.  Burial will follow in Richmond Township Cemetery, Richmond.
