Helen C. (nee Lepianka) Dobosiewicz, 87, born Jan. 14, 1925 in Chicago, Ill. to Lucasz and Katharine (nee Horzepa) Lepianka was called to home July 8, 2012
Formerly employed with Baxter, Helen enjoyed bingo, fishing, and especially spending time with her family.
Helen is survived by her loving children, Charles (Cheryl) Dobosiewicz of Fox Lake, Christine (Thomas) Wood of Hanover Park, Michael (Wendy) Dobosiewicz of Ingleside, and Diana Miller of Gurnee; her dear grandchildren, Charles, James Dobosiewicz, Susan (Todd) Wick, Michelle (Daniel) Bailey, Michael (Sara) Dobosiewicz, and Larry Rae; her great grandchildren who were the love of her life, Addison and Oliver Bailey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Valentine C. "Wally" Dobosiewicz, her parents, and siblings, Edward Lepianka and Bernice Meyer.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 11, 4 to 8 p.m. and resume on Thursday 8:30 a.m. until the 10 AM funeral service at the K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake. Interment will follow at East Fox Lake Cemetery, Lake Villa.
