Harley F. Hermes

Harley F. Hermes, 32, passed away on April 19, 2015. He was born September 1, 1982 in Evanston to William and Betty (nee Hansen) Hermes. Harley grew up in Round Lake, Fox Lake and Glenview where attended the local schools. Harley loved to draw and was a tattoo artist. He also loved to cook – creating recipes you would never dream of. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed riding with his dad and friends. Harley also enjoyed the outdoors and fishing. Most of all, he loved being with his children whom he adored. Harley touched so many lives and was a friend to everyone he met. He truly loved life and the adventures it brought.

Harley will be deeply missed by his children, Michael and Abigail; his mother Betty (Paul) Prince; father, William (Renee) Hermes; paternal grandparents, Fred (Kittye) Hermes and his uncle, Peter.

Visitation will be Friday, April 24 from 4 until the 7:30 PM service at K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake. Interment private.
