Gary Spears, 52, of Ingleside passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012 in Oregon, Ill. He was born January 22, 1960 in Battlecreek, Mi., to Gary Lee Spears and Twyla Joyce (nee Dutro) Ames.
Gary enjoyed motorcycle riding, as a member of the Sojourners Mortorcycle Club. He was very fond of his music. He had founded, sang and played guitar for Eclipse as well as the 3 Legged Pancake bands. He loved his family and friends dearly. He was also very fond of his beloved K-9 friend, Sheila. Gary had a great sense of humor. He was a "big kid" who will be missed by all.

He is survived by his parents, as well as his stepfather Bill Ames, dear children, Marshall Shane Spears, Steven Matthew Spears, Kayla Korin (Marcus) Moran, Matthew Dyllon Spears;
his loving sisters, Patti (Joe) Trotti and Mikki (Sam) Rector; many dear nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive.

Memorials in Gary's name to the Gary Spears Memorial Fund 35411 N. Sheridan Drive, Ingleside, Il 60041 would be greatly appreciated, in lieu of flowers.

A Memorial visitation will be held Saturday May 26, from 10 a.m. until the 12 noon service at K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake.
