Franz Eidrich Age 96, A longtime resident of Spring Grove, Il. formerly of Chicago and Yugoslavia died Monday August 31, 2009 at the Centegra Medical Center in Mc Henry, IL. He was born on May 5, 1913 in Yugoslavia to Josef and Teresa (nee Aman) Eidrich, and was united in marriage to Regina (nee Weinmueller) on February 16, 1936. After coming to the United States he was employed in maintenance for a brewery, was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Spring Grove, IL and the German Club of Antioch. Survivors Include, his wife, Regina of Spring Grove, IL; children, John (Petra) Eidrich of Gig Harbor, WA, Margarete (John) Schleibinger of Gurnee, IL and Marianne (Paul) Siegmund of San Mateo, CA; grandchildren, John (Lori) Schleibinger of Spring Grove, Michele (Dale) Zimmerman of Ca, Christine (Jerry) Aguilar of Gurnee, Heidi Cuda of CA, Katrina (Matt) Gagnon of NY, Frank and Jesse Eidrich of Wash; great-grandchildren, Heather, Tyler, Miles, Austin, Hailey, Brianna, Lauren, Riley, Hannah, Arlow and Jasper. He was preceded by his son Franz; a brother, Matias and by his parents. Visitations will be on Wed. Sept. 2, 2009 from 4-7 P.M. at the K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. PIstakee Lk. Rd.
