Donald J. Villeneuve's Obituary

Donald J. Villeneuve went home to be with the Lord, February 1, 2012 in Tucson, Arizona. He was born June 14, 1924 in Escanaba, Michigan to Ernst and Ann Villeneuve.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War I, Don was a member of the Printers Union, working for several major newspapers as a type setter. Don was an active member of the McHenry Moose Lodge, Waukegan Elks, Knights of Columbus, the Democratic Party and the American Legion.
Don leaves behind his beloved with of 38 years, Rosalie "Toots" Villeneuve; his beloved children Michael, Patrick, Julie & Jeanne all of California and a step-son, Ronald W. Spankuch of Arkansas; by his brother John Villeneuve of Tucson, Arizona; by numerous grandchildren & great-grandchildren and many friends and associates too numerous to mention.
The memorial service in his honor will be held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 11 AM at All Saints Lutheran Church, 5800 State Park Rd., Fox Lake, IL.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Don's name to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
