Dolores E. "Snookie" Dumelle (nee Wilson), 79, of Spring Grove, formerly of Pistakee Highlands, passed away Monday, September 24, 2018, at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born September 29, 1938, in Chicago, to the late Harry and Anna (nee Nelson) Wilson.

Dolores was an excellent artist, who recently enjoyed painting birdhouses and watching her favorite TV shows.  She previously enjoyed riding horses, crocheting, and crafts.

A loving mom and grandma, Dolores is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Tom) Powell of Spring Grove; grandson, Ryne Powell of Spring Grove; brothers, Bill (Lynn) Wilson of Antioch and Harry Wilson of Wisconsin; and sister-in-law, Terry (Rich Steinsdoerfer) Carmona of Genoa, IL.

In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew "Sonny" Dumelle; and sister, Ruth Wilson.

The celebration of Dolores' life will be private.
