Diana Lynn Rohlmeier, 79, of Fox Lake, formerly of the Northwest side of Chicago, unexpectedly passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024, at home.  She was born January 5, 1945, in Chicago, to the late Earl and Anna (nee Sawka) Rohlmeier.

Diana grew up in Chicago and was a 1963 graduate of Steinmetz High School.  She went on to become a beautician and worked for Helene Curtis in Chicago, where she worked in marketing and sales for many years—and met Doris Day. Diana went on to work for Holiday Uniforms, Harwood Heights, and retired from Leggs Bali Haines, Huntley.

Diana was a warm and generous person, who enjoyed deep conversations, reading mysteries, being an artist—especially sketch, and dancing.  She loved, and was a big fan of, Elvis Presley.

Survivors include her daughter, Susan Kesner of Round Lake; grandson, Nicholas Kesner of Shelbyville, KY; sister-in-law, Sari Rohlmeier of Kohler, WI; and brother-in-law, Russ Andrews of Chicago.

In addition to her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her siblings, Charles Rohlmeier and Patricia Andrews.
