Denise M. Parsons

Denise M. Parsons, of Antioch, formerly of Pistakee Highlands, McHenry, passed away on September 2, 2014. She was born on February 3, 1948 in Chicago to Elmer Jr. and Shirley (nee Mackiney) Witt.

Denise had a passion for ancestry and genealogy for over 40 years. She recently retired after more than 20 years as a very caring hospice nurse. Denise also loved spending time with her family.

Loving companion of Arnie Lubkeman; loving mother of Jeffrey (Mari) Corbeil, Carol Bein, David Corbeil and Brent (Shawna) Lubkeman; dear sister of, Linda (Tom) Kreft-Newcomer, Bill (JoAnne) Witt; dear grandmother of, JJ, Christy, Katie, David and Hannah Corbeil, Lindsey and Joseph Bein, Damon Lubkeman, Zach Lentz; Aunt "Nee Nee" to, Kevin, Dustin (Kathy) Kreft, Cami (Phil) Rodriquez and Derek (Heather), Kristin Witt. Many other dear relatives and friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her dear husband, M.C. Joseph Parsons; her parents; and her brother-in-law Dennis Kreft.

Visitation will be Friday, Sept.  5 from 3 until the 7:30 PM funeral service at K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd. in Fox Lake. Interment will be private.
