Dawn Marcomb Lavender (nee Lawrence), 91, a longtime resident of Fox Lake, died Thursday, January 4, 2018, at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, Barrington.  She was born October 14, 1926, in Owen, Wisconsin.

She leaves behind five children, Janice (Roger) O'Dell, Barbara Pike, Steve (Karen) Marcomb, David (Anna) Marcomb, and Frank (Michelle) Marcomb; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in dearth by three husbands, and beloved son, Charles R. Marcomb.

A committal service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, January 8, in the chapel at Windridge Memorial Park, 7014 S. Rawson Bridge Rd., Cary.  All are invited to go directly to the cemetery.
