Christopher Thomas Budzichowski Jr. of Fox Lake for the past two years The visitation for Christopher Thomas Budzichowski Jr., 15, formerly of Des Plaines, will be from 1 to 3 p.m. with a remembrance prayer conducted at 3 p.m. Monday Nov. 9, at the K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Road, Fox Lake (The Chapel On The Lake). Interment will be private. Born July 28, 1994, in Park Ridge, to Christopher T. and Dawn Lynne (nee Dombeck) Budzichowski Sr., he died suddenly Monday Nov. 2, 2009, at the Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry. He graduated from the Stanton Grade School in Fox Lake and was a member of the Freshman Class of Grant Community High School. Christopher was a loyal Chicago Bears fan who enjoyed watching the games with his dad. He was an avid skateboarder, who enjoyed football, basketball, computer and video games. He will be greatly missed by his parents, Dawn Lynne and Christopher Budzichowski Sr.; sisters, Ciera and Skylar; cousins, Vince, Amber, Jakob and Tete, all of Fox Lake, and cousin, Scott of Chicago; grandmother, Valerie Poulos of Round Lake; grandfather, David Budzichowski of Chicago; as well as other relatives. He was preceded in death by his uncle, John McMahon; and by Grandma Kat Budzichowski. Memorials to the family will be appreciated.
