Carmine M. Chirichella, 60, of Fox Lake, died Wednesday, April 3, 2013.
He was born on April 20, 1952, at Long Island, New York. After serving in the Air Force, Carmine worked as a consultant and director in the health information management profession.

A unique and caring soul, Carmine enjoyed entertaining and cooking for family and friends, spending time with his dogs, camping, boating, and life on the Chain O' Lakes.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Carmine is survived by his partner-in-life, Chuck "Bud" Cribaro; his golden retrievers, Ben and Jerry; his sister and brother-in-law, Pat (Chirichella) and Mike Schear; his brother, Michael Chirichella; his sister-in-law, Kim Chirichella; his sister- and brother-in-law, Kim and Fred Ciba II; his mother-in-law, LaVergne Cribaro; and his nephews and nieces: Mike Schear, Allison Schear, Connor Chirichella, Zack Chirichella, Melissa Matassa, John Matassa, Brandon Matassa, Cameron Matassa, Griffin Matassa, Owen Matassa, Fred Ciba III, Suzanne Ciba, Alissa (Ciba) Mitchell, David Mitchell, Derek Mitchell, Alex Ciba, Brandon Goehl, Joe Goehl, Jennifer Bloom, William Bloom, Samantha Bloom, Mark Schupbach, Luke Schupbach, and Julianne Schupbach.
