Billy Wayne Terry, 64, of Zion, IL passed away on February 17th, 2011. He was born on August 19th, 1946 to William and Mildred Maxine Terry (nee Mullendore) in Anniston, Alabama.

Billy was an avid NASCAR and Crimson Tide Alabama Football fan. He also enjoyed playing billiards. Billy was a Vietnam War Veteran who retired from the U.S. Air Force after 22 years of service. He also belonged to a scuba diving club while in the military.

Billy will be dearly missed by his wife, Romela Terry, with whom he was united in marriage on October 7th, 1995; by his children Michelle Terry, Katherine Terry, Sabrina Terry, Billie Jean Terry; by his siblings Margaret Finch, Donna Sapp, Patricia Harper, Donald Truett, Rebecca Laxson, Timothy Truett, and Scottie Truett.

He was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother Bruce Truett.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 22nd from 3:00 until 5:00 PM at K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home (the Chapel on the Lake) 12 N. Pistakee Lake Road, Fox Lake.
