Barbara Elaine Friddle, 85, of Kenosha, WI, passed away peacefully Jan. 13, 2018 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in Round Lake Beach. She was born June 27, 1932 in Kenosha, WI. Barbara was a member of the DAR's. In addition to spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, she loved riding with her husband on their Harley Davidson motorcycle along with the member's of the HOG Motorcycle Club. She is the mother of Robert (Susan) Friddle and Michael (Madelaine) Friddle; grandmother of Sara (Chris), David, James, Eric, Michelle (Dan), Melanie (Steve), and Amber (Shawn); great grandmother of Emily, Mia, Alan, Autumn, Michael, Dustin, Mark, Kameron, and Mackenzie. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alan Higgins and Bertha (Mattner) Weinke, and beloved husband, Donald J. Friddle. Visitation is Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018 from 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm at HAMSHER LAKESIDE FUNERALS AND CREMATIONS, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake, IL. Funeral services will take place at 6:30 pm at the funeral home with Pastor David Pagel officiating. Interment will held at a later date at Greenridge Cemetery in Kenosha, WI.
