Arthur Kerschke, age 70
a resident of Lilac Apartments in Fox Lake since its opening in 1994, and former resident of Wheeling died Wedneday, June 10, 2009 at home.

He was born March 24, 1939 in Chicago to Arthur and Helen (nee Czvein) Kerschke.

Arthur was a CB enthusiast, loved jigsaw puzzles, and was a diehard Cubs fan. Arthur will be remembered fondly as a strong willed, determined individual who especially loved his family and family gatherings.

He will be dearly missed by his sister:
Candy (Dan) Heinrikson of Ingleside;

His Nieces: Courtney (Sam) Midanek and Amy (Steve) Morby;

His grand niece and nephew:
Marian Morby and Joshua Midanek;
And by his loving cousins & many dear friends.

Visitations will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2009 from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at K. K. Hamsher Funeral Home, Ltd., 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd, Fox Lake (in the Chapel on the Lake)
Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, June 15 with Pastor Gregg Dana officiating.
Interment will be private.
Memorials appreciated for Lilac Senior Apts., American Heart or American Cancer Society.
