Anne T. Thompsen

Anne T. Thompsen, 92, a 20 year resident of Leisure Village formerly of Niles, IL and Rome, WI, passed away April 30, 2015. She was born on April 22, 1923 in Chicago to Phillip and Mary (nee Cianciola) Catanzaro.

Anne was an avid bowler and was on the Leisure Village Bowling League, she also enjoyed playing Bingo at Leisure Village as well. Most of all, she loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Anne will be deeply missed by her loving children, Phyllis (Don) Muscolino, George (Penny) Thompsen; grandchildren, Julie (Joe) Partipilo, Robert, Michael (Jamie), Scott Thompsen; great- grandchildren, Isabella and Sam Partipilo, Anthony D. Muscolino, Joey, Ashley and Michael Thompsen.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Thompsen, grandson, Anthony S. Muscolino, her siblings and her parents.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 3, from 4 until 8 PM at K.K. Hamsher Funeral Home, 12 N. Pistakee Lake Rd., Fox Lake. Funeral Mass will be Monday, May 4 at 10 AM at St. Peter Church, 2118 Main St., Spring Grove. All are invited to go directly to church. Entombment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 2501 E. Euclid Ave., Arlington Heights. Please arrive by 12 Noon at the cemetery.
