Angeline Geger "Angie", at the age of 91, has been called home to our Lord on October 17, 2017. She was born to Edward and Rose Basowski on November 11, 1925 Chicago, IL. Angie was united in marriage to Elroy A. Geger August 10, 1946, his wife of 57 years, he preceded her in death. They made their home in Chicago and moved to Ingleside, IL in 1955. Angie owned and operated two beauty shops Chicago, IL and Ingleside, IL.  Angie's love and passion was being a beautician which never stopped. She was a member of St. Bede's Catholic Church, belonged to St. Bede's Prime Timer's and Round Lake Senior Center. Children: Joyce "Birdie" (Clarence) Frounfelker , Antioch, IL and Elroy M. (Ruth) Geger,  Ingleside, IL;  Grandchildren: Brian Frounfelker, Glenview, IL, Tracy (Gerald) Henkel, Antioch, IL, Elicia Geger, Arlington, TX, and Austin Geger, Arlington, TX;  Great Grandchildren: Victoria Henkel, Antioch, IL, Veronica Henkel, Antioch, IL, Nadia Geger, Arlington, TX. She was preceded in death by her Father Edward, Mother Rose, Husband Elroy, and sister Lucille Koehler. Visitation will be at St. Bede Catholic Church, 36455 N. Wilson Rd., Ingleside, IL, Saturday, October 21 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. A funeral mass will take place at 11 a.m. at the church with Fr. Jack Ryan officiating. Burial will follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery, Libertyville, IL. Masses or donations may be made to Comfort Hospice or Victory Lakes Continuing Care/Alzheimer's.
